'Gull Cove'
While walking the Southwest Coast Path near Newton Ferrers in South Devon, I came across a beautiful yet rugged coastline, characterized by jagged rocks descending into the sea.
Inspired by this untamed beauty, I felt compelled to sit and sketch the scene. Back in the studio, I began recreating it as a collage, carefully selecting printed papers that capture the atmosphere of the coastline.
I enjoyed collating the different papers that I had created to express the beauty of the shoreline in my own way.
Created in rich, earthy colours, this piece is currently unframed, though framing can be arranged through my framer or yours.
